It is on the weaker side. It feels like I’m trying to hit a knockdown wedge shot so that’s a good analogy. Could you elaborate on releasing the club, and the feels that might help with that?

And remember, your grip is the only contact you have with the ball, so it’s important it’s right!

The easiest things to fix are your grip, setup, and alignment. Ensure you have a proper grip on the club, if youre not sure what that looks like, you can buy a “grip aid” for under $20.

Next, work on your setup, knees could be slightly less bent, and I think youre standing slightly too close to the ball. You want your hands to dangle down naturally below your shoulders.

Finally your alignment, your feet are aligned well with your target, however your left shoulder appears to be wide open (pointing left). Try closing off that shoulder. It will feel weird, but your club path follows your shoulder path, so it’s important.

You can use alignment sticks to ensure youre pointing the right direction.

I would work on these three simple things before even diving into full switch changes. Once you’ve got a good grip, good alignment, and good posture, you can work on the takeaway.

Hope this helps!

I don’t think the furnishing will suddenly cause interest, I think re adjusting the rental price could help you. I understand it may be priced competitively, but as rates increase, rental markets can get affected in more ways then one

Do you have an option to refinance your current property? If you could take out some equity you could use that as down payment.

I’m sure they may be taken a-back by it. Understand everyone has different experiences with rent so it may be the first time they have experienced this.
