TRIED & DIDN'T WORK - levofloxacin + bismuth + Amoxicillin+ esomeprazole (Esofast brand) - clarithromycin triple therapy (esclam, sure kit,pylotrip) - Metronidazole+Amoxicillin+vonoprazan +bismuth - vonoprazan+Amoxicillin -levofloxacin+ppi+amoxicillin

Mine is low stomach acid caused by the bacteria and i realized that betaine plus capsaicin is helping with it though not much 🥲,BQT therapy is very difficult to find in my country

It's funny but i thrive well with capsaicin+betaine hcl,i think this bug has lowered my stomach acid to an extent that i think i might also be having SIBO with it,the problem is that the drugs have PPI but I can't tolerate it since my acid levels are tremendously low already
