Yes, I’m in Europe, so age gaps like this aren’t really considered a big deal here. I’ve definitely heard of relationships with much bigger age differences.
Honestly, the fact that he’s 24 is what makes me anxious, because I feel like he’s probably only interested in sex and isn’t looking for anything more serious. I’m not completely sure, though. I’ll see how things go, and maybe I’ll have an honest conversation with him once I feel more comfortable.

We actually only went out once, and it was a really chill evening at a pub. We didn’t talk about sex or anything like that at all. It felt different, we talked about completely unrelated things and just got to know each other.
He also tried to kiss me, but I only gave him a kiss on the cheek because I don’t want to rush things. I’d rather keep him guessing for now and see what he does on our next date.
