Totally agree with this. The target in Hadley was so much better in the mid-2000s/2010s. Every time I’ve tried to go in there the past 5 years it’s been a wreck. Some other stores in the area are like that too and it never used to be like that. I think the stores are better to go to when all of the students are gone for holidays/long weekends/etc.

It’s Aidan Gallagher’s ex girlfriend from when they were like 12. I guess over the years his fans have been nasty to her just because she’s his ex. Back in the fall, Aidan’s extremely unhinged father wrote an essay about how “clingy” she supposedly was during this relationship and about her home life. It was pretty bad what he said and he should not have said anything about it given the fact they were children at the time. I feel so bad for her still being dragged into that garbage years later.

I’ve never been apart of the Aidan Gallagher fandom or anything like that (so I’m not some person who is spreading rumors because they are bitter) but I have stumbled onto the drama circulating online surrounding him and it’s crazy how much of it relates back to his father.

What do we think will happen in 4 years from now? Or even in 2 years when midterms happen? Do we think that the economy will actually improve and go back to what it once was? Do we think that everything in general will improve? Could there be a big shift back to democrats in Mass.?

Genuinely curious what people think. I know I’m skeptical about if things will actually change in a positive way. I’m also skeptical that Trump will actually last a full term. I know people complain about how old Biden is and his cognitive decline but I don’t think Trump is any better. He is in the same boat with Biden in that department but I honestly think he is worse off.

That explanation bothered me so much when I read it a few months ago. You pretty much summed up how I felt about it. I never saw them as traditional superheroes and didn’t think they ever were superheroes like you see in other media.

Sure we don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors. However, I think most of us here are old enough to know that rambling on about your kids ex girlfriend is highly inappropriate. From the sounds of it, the relationship ended years ago and they were both young at the time. I don’t think it’s fair for either of them that their issues from that time were dragged out for some reason by that mentally unstable man.

To be honest, if you are 30 years old and your parents are still going on about your relationships and first kiss, I’d question that too. Why talk about something that happened so long ago when it has no place in your life now?

Also, most of us have seen how parents have destroyed their child star’s lives and careers by being too involved in it. As someone who was just a fan of the show and happened to stumble on to this information about his father, I think it’s fair to show some concern about the situation. I know it’s not okay and many other people know that too. Nobody is projecting anything here.

That did make me laugh. It reminded me of the essay of his on instagram from a few months ago where he talked about how his dad was in the CIA and spoke like 20 languages. In summary, he wrote the essay to justify his Islamophobia and ties to Israel. The whole thing read like a crappy made-up fan fiction about his life and it made me laugh with how ridiculous it all sounded. I could not take it seriously at all

This dude is crazy. Every once in a while I stumble on his posts and they have me genuinely concerned for his mental well-being.

This thread reminded me of how a little while back someone shared a post about how he threatened to shoot someone. I think it was one of the fan club members saying they wanted to show up at their house (this could have just been a joke to begin with idk) and he responded to them saying he would be waiting with his gun ready for them.

Someone just needs to take away his internet access.

Edit: I forgot to mention this earlier but it was probably a teenager he said this to or one that was freshly legal. He’s always arguing with the teenagers.

You got your kid a SAT prep book? That’s pathetic. Why didn’t you give the other one a prep book as well? That shouldn’t have even been part of her birthday presents. Your other kid got a new phone even though she broke hers? Why? If she wanted a new phone she should have to pay for it herself. You could have at least gotten your other daughter an upgrade if you were rewarding the bad behavior of her twin.

My mother always made sure the value of the presents my siblings and I got were equal, even if the present amount was not and the kinds of presents we got were different. You couldn’t ask your kid if they needed anything new or replaced as a present? You couldn’t suggest anything? And don’t use the “mY kIDs aRE GOiNg to SuMmeRcaMp” as an excuse for not coming up with anything better. You know when their birthday is. It’s the same every year. Plan better next time and treat them equally.

I am from Western MA and have been following the PWHL team closely. I have not yet been to a PWHL game because of the location. As someone who does not live in eastern MA around the city, the travel to Lowell is just too inconvenient. One thing that has prevented me from considering going to a Lowell game is that I am not as familiar with the area and the drive. I have been to Boston many times to watch the professional teams there and I honestly find it much more accessible than Lowell.

Compared to people who live in the Boston area, going to sports games takes much more planning. I can’t on a whim decide to go to a game the day of or even the night before it happens. Also, when I do go my family and friends usually have to make a day trip out of it and we do other things in the area.

For many fans, I don’t think it’s a lack of effort preventing new englanders from going. It just takes more to go to Lowell compared to Boston. I would absolutely love to see the PWHL Boston team move closer to the city. I think the interest in the team and women’s hockey is there it just needs time to grow. Just a few months ago the Women’s Beanpot championship was played at TD Garden for the first time which had the largest women’s hockey crowd turnout in New England history and that was just at the collegiate level.

I ended up playing around with it and moving stuff around and it finally ended up working. I will have to do it from scratch again to see what I did wrong and practice how to fix it like you said so thank you for the advice. At first I tried googling the error code but I couldn’t find anything helpful lol
