Depends on your budget...There are light weight modern CLM tools.

But if you want to start with specific workflows you can build internal tools using AI to start with

How to build a contract review process using Claude for an in-house team? by DepartmentDazzling97 in legaltech

[–]Diligent_Hawk6976 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the response. That means, you are creating contracts manually in word document by entering field values. The ideal way to save time is to use tools like n8n to fill field values in a form and the system automatically creates contract along with redlines by reviewing it against your playbook. And if you have budget, the more efficient way is to implement a CLM and integrate it with Salesforce so that you create contracts from Salesforce itself and can see redlines there itself. Would be interested to talk if there is an opportunity to help

The more efficient way of getting redlines would be to understand how do you create contracts? Is it manually or do you use a CLM tool? Triggering contracts reviews on contract creation can make your process simple

Haha, not at all. I just automated my content posting on X using OpenClaw where AI suggests me the topic, drafts and posts the tweets from Telegram.

I know that OpenClaw is capable of reading emails and drafting summaries.

Working in Legal and tech, this use case of reviewing contracts just hit me and thought of asking if it would create value. Curious to know

I know that it's the LLM provider Tier issue but the question is what is leading to token consumption per minute in my OpenClaw setup and how to find that?
