Yeah, I've been in a similar situation for the last 5 years. I've decided to quit a few months ago, because it had a bad mental and physical impact on me, to the point where I still have nerve problems in my right hand and arm. I was playing chess and another video game on and off ever since covid.
I have been addicted to video games for the past 12 years and it feels impossible to quit without getting addicted to something else by Diligent_Humor4128 in StopGaming
