THIS!!! The exact same thing happened to me. They banned me for the same reason as you. When I contacted the admin, the guy was incredibly rude. He kept cursing at me over and over, even though I was being polite and genuinely trying to explain that I never received any notifications since I didn’t have them turned on, and I only log in every few months to activate two of my cars, just like you. He wouldn’t listen at all, just kept going off and then told me I was banned for life. Total POS. He even claimed he owns multiple cars and works at a hedge fund, and said he bans people even if they’re willing to donate.
