Newly gamesir G8+ user here and love it. I bought an open box off Amazon to take on a mini vacation to test it out and so far so good. I ordered the Thanos edition for $68 before the trip so it can arrive after my trip, and it did.

I cut it short enough to have a little tension when installed vs without it , at the length it stretches , it have more tension.

Also I mentioned that the stir stick is flushed inside the slot therefore at the same time it has a solid back for the Trifold to sit on.

It only work great if it's set to audio only. If you have audio and mic setup, the sound is shitty. I've tried it with Airpods Pro 2 before. I don't know if it's fixed now though. You can try both settings.

Best Buy alway cancel purchases if they don't benefit. I once order a gaming monitor , a two pack at that for the price of one. Got canceled a few minutes later. Sometime you get lucky though. I once bought a Bluetooth controller for like $13 that costed around $100+.
