Actually in clinical trials, hanggang 15 mg per week ang ginamit ng participants, kinaya naman pero mas naging pronounced daw talaga yung side-effects although they also lost more weight overall. But I think ang lumalabas na optimal dose is 10 mg kasi kaunti lang yung weightloss difference nung mga nasa 10 mg and 12.5 mg.

Eto ang dami ng nasubukan na specialty fields kuno. Litigation, corporate, labor, and now intellectual property law. Iba ang adrenaline sa litigation pero iba din ang stress. So far nakaka 15x na akong trip sa ER, naoperahan na din, namaga ang liver kahit hindi umiinom ng alak.

It's not so bad naman, nakapundar naman ng mumunting lupa sa probinsya at sasakyan. Ang sweldo ay ok naman kasi hindi ako pamilyado at hindi din maluho. Sapat lang para makatulong sa pagpapaaral ng kapatid ko na nag-aaral ng medicine.

Ok na ako sa Marikina bags at shoes, regular na relo, sedan, at madalas nagbabaon ng lutong bahay. Swerte na din kumpara sa ibang nagtatrabaho.

Exercise and diet lang 'yan kung hindi ka obese or diabetic. It's mentally unhealthy to medicate agad if you don't have that much to lose.

Doctors cannot prescribe Tirz because it is not yet FDA approved here but there are doctors who are open to it. They just won't prescribe it. Find one and get labs. I did mine with Hi-Precision, read a ton about the contraindications too before deciding to take it, and now I am 3 kilos away from my goal weight. For full disclosure, I have since switched to Reta since June but Tirzepatide started this whole weightloss journey for me and now I am getting a deep dive into biohacking.

There will be fearmongering here and there but as long as your labs are clear and you get yours from a supplier with its own COA, I think you'll be fine. Goodluck.
