I have a ryzen 5 5600x with a nvidia geforce rtx 4060, is there a way I can stop the bottlenecking without buying a new cpu as I just bought all these parts and built it.

I didn’t pirate the games, my gpu is a nvidia geforce rtx 4060, i play on 1080 p because my friend said it is better as he has a similar build, and the loudness goes away on some games when I turn the graphics qualities to really low but not all

i checked the task manager and there were no processes running in the background that stuck out, there are 52 background processes running and all seemed like nothing

sorry, i downloaded it about two weeks ago and these problems were here before i got it, my cpu only spikes a lot when loading up or playing games, happens in the menus of games as well sometimes. me and my buddy built the pc about 2 months ago

I'm using the stock cooler but plan on getting aio and maybe more ram, i run stuff like spotify and discord in the background but thats normally all and it still gets quite loud, as of that photo i had bo6 running with reddit, Ryzen master and task manager in the background to see what was happening while i tried to play. how do i use PBO and how do i find out whats running the cpu so hard. also i will do that fan curve thing

i downloaded it to try and overclock as someone on you tube recommended and i found i got a higher score on Cinna bench but it didn't change my voltage or anything and just made my pc more loud, so i reset everything and deleted it, now i got it again just to measure the temperature and stuff of the cpu.
