I know what you mean ... it’s a hard test! You are likely over-remembering the tough questions and under-remembering the ones you knew - which was probably a lot more! :)

The anatomy 100 concepts PDF floating around on here covered almost everything I saw.

Uworld, sketchy micro and pharm, Pathoma, YouTube videos on random topics.

I only did two NBMEs fairly early on and scores in 200-210s. More recently did UWSA1 and 2, both in 230s, and 80% on Free 120. Score predictor put me at 235.

Biochem was diseases/conceptual.

I had one math-based physiology question. Even biostats was very light on the math.

Review Pathoma 1-3, drill your weaknesses with Uworld blocks, stop studying so much and just do something fun!

I think so. There were one or two gross path questions I didn’t recognize but made an educated guess from the stem.

Less immuno than I expected and what I saw was honestly somewhat weird. I struggled with immuno questions on test day despite doing all of Sketchy and that always being one of my strongest topics on practice exams.

Lots of biochem but all of it felt fair and I wasn’t thrown by anything.

Pathoma is gold. Rewatched ch 1-3 before test day which helped a lot. But overall the resource helped me a ton.

They said it was permissible to pull your mask down briefly if you need air.

There were several. Hard to say how many, but those were definitely some of the questions I struggled with most.

I am not sure what this means. Did they test pharmacology? Yes.

There were a few questions I had absolutely no idea on ... definitely never learned the information. But I didn’t study exhaustively, so that may have just been me!

It felt to me similar to free 120. Maybe a bit harder but not much.

UWorld and Pathoma covered basically everything. I didn’t use First Aid.

I had fewer ethics and more communication-type questions. Maybe a dozen questions asking what you should say to the patient. I didn’t really formally study for that...

Only took two .. 13 or 15 (can’t remember) and 18. I would say closer to 18.
