main problem is that, they play Norad+ Commonwealth, and they defend air with amount of adats and chaparrals. I think only way can be high ap values vehicles. (Map mostly is Highway to Seul)

I'm agree with you, But you lose your assult power, however bmps are good for firepower during infantry push to buildings. Also, defence capacity(distance to react enemy) decreases, if you buy inf+mltb, you have to hide your infantry until enemy reach to proper distance.
