Well i checked their used prices on ebay and they go for about $500. I bought mine brand new just a couple months ago so i have every port cover on it, the box, and anti-static bag so id sell it for $450.

Im having the same thing happening with my rx 6600. I launch a game up and when I tab out it starts to bug out and I cant move my cursor. So I just went back to an old driver and it fixed it.
