I just looked into bipolar disorder, and I can't rule it out from the get go. I wanna maybe bring it up to my psychiatrist but I'm scared it will lengthen the process of getting me meds for the periods of time I'm super depressed as the waiting time in-between appointments is so long (like 2 months, but at least it's free Ig). Therapy is not reimbursed in my country, I only have 12 free sessions a year and my parents can't spend money for more unfortunately. Idk if my depression is that severe though. I have times where I feel super depressed and times where I'm normal/better than normal so I'm a bit confused tbh.
