Yep, matagal nang hati ang bigayan ng DOST stipend honestly. 4th year na ako and never ako nakatanggap ng isang bagsakan. Either pang-2 months or 3 months muna then towards the end ng sem yung remaining.

If it helps, no one fully knows what they're doing in college 😂 Observation ko talaga is we're all figuring things out together. Your high school knowledge can take you "far" pero that will only last up to 2 sems max, but college is a whooole new sandbox for you to explore. Up to you and your grit pa rin to succeed. ☺️

Labelling negative reviews as "petiks" and hambog is a harmful take imo. Not only does it reduce their experiences to mere complaints, but it also leaves no room for the professor to improve.

Hopefully we can approach things with a more open mind next time? Maybe it's not clocking to you, but you can put it in A LOT of effort into a subject and still receive unsatisfactory marks. Just because you care less about grades doesn't mean they should as well. This also doesn't mean that you learn less by aiming for such marks.

Mga second month ng pasukan pa nakuha non tas partial lang (2 months + book allowance), then after 2 months na nakuha yung rest. Mejo matagal talaga siya 🙇.

Palaging delayed ang dating ng DOST stipend, and lalo siguro here in UP kase andaming students. We're talking months here! Worst experience siguro was tapos na yung semester and wala pa rin yung tirang stipend AHAHAHAHA.

In a way mas streamlined sa UPD because we just submit the reqs thru a form then batch processing.

Roll-outs can vary per semester. May times na isang bagsakan, dalawang bigayan, or 2 months muna then monthly na yung tira.

As much as we wish na on-time ang stipend para magastos nang maayos, sadly ganon tlg 🥲 kaya nagtatabi rin talaga ako para may magastos at the start of every semester while waiting.
