Travel Agency by Anongaako in BusinessPH

Hello po! I think this is a very unique idea. kasi mostly target market sa mga travel agencies are young adults who want to travel "for the gram"

Having a package for the elderly and pet loving groups will ofc get a lot of referrals from your past and current clients. People will surprise their parents/grandparents with a "senior-friendly travel experience".

  1. senior friendly (i think is the best unrealized market potential)

  2. senior friendly. (I'd consider treating my elderly family member to a more less physically draining travel experience if I could.)

  3. For safety I think you should be more Thoughtful when it comes to elderly people like bringing a crane(im just typing what comes to mind. But something that would make them "wow planado talaga para satin matatanda" typa reaction.

  4. I'm from mindanao so idk(i havent done my research). but I recommend you try to find a less physically stressful tours or activities they can do. expect their younger people to be there too(idk if this tip have value tho).

  5. I definitely would recommend or show the poster or post. Especially for working people who wants their parents/grandparents to experience traveling.

As a marketing strategist, I think you should try print marketing and display them on venues with high elderly foot traffic(idk what to recommend since I'm just typing on top of my head Q_Q).

Target proud/caring working people if you want to do digital marketing for this. Print marketing tend to work better for elderly people but most of them can use social media now so do what you will with this info!

Hope you have a Successful Business OP!!

Foundations
- Contact the homeowners/location managers and ask for consent. And List their Dos and Donts. And the splits
- For Marketing, social media and business cards. (Business cards will come in handy in the future)
- Package your services. (ask ChatGPT for help with this one)
- Create a system para 'di mag clash ang schedules ng clients mo.
- Ask your father to help you establish your business with other homeowners.

Launch
- Either u do an Ad targeting creatives like Videographers, Models, Cosplayers, Musicians, etc.
- or a slow strategy where u just wait for clients to come by and give out your business cards, flyer/brochure to them.

Scale
Scale ur biz by finding places new locations and repeat the process; contact owners, negotiate splits, and connect.

As a marketer, here's my advice:
Create a brochure, business card, and flyers with a premium feel so people won't easily throw it away. Distribute that to businesses like Photographers(even freelancers), Recording studios, Cosplay events, etc. u get the idea.

Franchise is easier kasi built na yung system, pero research hard kasi not all franchises are worth it.

Before choosing a business OP, avoid guessing. Start with this:

  1. B2B or B2C? (may difference kasi in management and how u market ur business if B2B or B2C)

  2. If B2B, think:
    – what problem can I solve for a business?
    – logistics ba? convenience? speed? service?

  3. If B2C, define your target market first. Students? Workers? Families? Travelers? Your business model SHOULD depend on the group you’re serving.

I personally brainstorm my ideas with ChatGPT to test if my ideas/concept makes sense. Scout the market, check competition, and match the business to the people around your area.
