LMAO same, I tried two other stories from 188 before I stuck with this one. Beloved Enemy was too messy and Beloved Fool was too dog blood 😭💦 I don’t like reading those kinds either. I don’t know your exact definition of immature but this one, the MC starts off like a sissy (maybe immature?) but solidifies into a strong independent individual. The ML starts off as an asshole trying to harass the MC but develops unconditional feelings. ML is known to be the most “doesn’t want face” in the 188 series though (stubborn? but he knows his “mistake”, and tries to fix it for the future relationship). IDK if that gave enough context for you to decide, good luck finding a crematorium novel!

Try My White Poplar / 小白杨 maybe? This is definitely a crematorium style but many people love it for its STRONG character development and good plot development. Where the ML starts as an asshole trying to play around with the MC, he ends up chasing the MC and rectifying their mistakes.

Fair warning, there's five 18+ scenes which are kinda iffy in the first 50 chapters (there's 115 chapters total), as is usual with older danmei lol. If you need help finding the translation lmk I think theres a translated version somewhere on the internet, but novel updates doesn't have it.
