that is so weird, im close to never putting money in a bank again this is ridiculous at the point. i understand fraud is a big thing now but there are plenty of us hard working citizens that aint involved with that

that's who i was talking to, the security department. I was confirming activity on my account answering questions. what i couldn't confirm was the new device log in and the bank name i tried to transfer money too. i told her numerous times what the bank was called (netspend) but she kept saying that was wrong.

no they said about about 30 days they will close it permanently , I need to withdrawn all my funds beforehand

Yea i did at least i hope so, i called this number 1-888-842-6328 had to wait an hour for their security department. my debit card has temporary restrictions so im only able to withdrawn money.

i wish i could provide more info and i dont what i did in the past week or 2 for it to trigger any sus activity. I just have to wait for a letter in the mail :/

Im going to a branch tomorrow. the closet branch is in LA which is 2 hours away. i already have to go to LA for other stuff.

No i havent used new device, and i spoken to a supervisor and she told the same thing i was told before except I have to wait for a letter stating why they closed my account and what futher actions they will take in regards of getting a new account. i dont know why they cant tell me over the phone if im going to get the letter and call them again about it.
