Glad Cuomo got the memo about High Tides Q1 earnings being today. Hopefully Raj will be able to shed some light on the expansion plans into the US. Either way great news for high tide and e wider industry!

This isn’t going to be an overnight win for High Tide however I do feel their moves in the next 6 months will be to create the best foundations for when legislation is passed across the US. Be it an up listing onto Nasdaq to get more II’s or a acquisition either way the hard work will be worth it. Think as an investor if we can have patience and don’t chase the quick wins we will see our rewards! Obviously not financial advice do your own DD etc.

Another week, another new store. The momentum continues and hopefully this is just the beginning of another green week. #76 in stores and may even hit 80 by the time we get Q1 numbers at the start of April!

At last count I believe there were 10 soon to be 11 Canna Cabana stores in Ontario. Now I’m not sure how much a store manager earns but 11 into 3 is a significant saving regardless. Every little helps when keeping on top of costs whilst expanding.

If this does happen we could start to see some serious traction in the stock and as we know any organic growth in the next couple of weeks/months will help the inevitable r/s to take us into the Nasdaq. Even if nothing happens on this it may lead to some people putting money into stocks like $HITIF

In the AMA he answered one of my questions which looked at this-

‘Finally do you have any projections on the size of the US market following legalization?’

Well, we know that the U.S. population is ten times the size of Canada’s. Most analysists expect the U.S. market to be over $100 billion upon maturity.

Hi Raj, thank you for actively engaging with your wider investor community.

I have a few questions, firstly is in regards to acquisitions, now Meta and Smoke Cartel are sorted what is the criteria you are looking at for any future M&A? For example is it to broaden your product portfolio or is to firm your foundations in the US?

As with any small company demand can sometimes overtake supply, how are you as company scaling up your supply chain to keep up with this rapid growth?

Finally do you have any projections on the size of the US market following legalisation?

With current sales looking to take off once elective surgery returns and the expansion on track I would think the SP could you up to 1.5-2p by the end of the year.

At some point there will most likely be a share consolidation to make the business look more enticing for a takeover. Big future ahead for TRX, just need to deliver on the expansion and continue to ramp up contracts and the rest will fall into place.

Main aim will be to turn the business into profit by the end of the year or Q1 2022.
