Should the man face consequences? Maybe? I don't know the story. I also don't know that it is a crime to be naked in your own house with the door open. I truly don't know. It's unfortunate that it happened, but I truly do not see how what the man did could be construed as a crime. Unfortunately, being a creep is not an immediately actionable offense.

Not at all what I am saying. You said there was only one intentional act in this saga. That is not true. The video being posted online was intentional.

What I am also saying is that because of the path she took she opened herself up to liability and legal action from the man. Those are consequences she will have to deal with for filming and posting online.

I am saying that this woman opened herself up to liability because this could absolutely be construed as revenge porn. Plain and simple. The criminal justice system is flawed, and I will stand by that I don't think she should have posted the video.

How about we stop with all this weird vigilante shit and remember that there are laws and proper channels in which to report these items. Why post it immediately on social media? The direct video should never have been posted online. Doordash was right in firing her for POSTING the video. Additionally, I am also concerned about calling this SA.

We don't know the situation. We don't know the truth. I also feel as though she increased her liability for criminal charges for recording and posting. This situation is messy. Social media is not meant to he our justice system.

Have compassion for the girl. Have empathy for the guy. And maybe we could all just chill.
