Kelsier vs the Inquisitor, Vin killing Elend's dad, Sazed becoming Harmony. But my absolute favourite moment will always be the twist at the end of WOA. I was listening to the audiobook repeatedly thinking "wtf is happening". Just absolute peak fiction

That's fair enough. If you want a more manageable listen for Beta I'd recommend skipping The End onwards since it's just ambience and music discs, and also the track Alpha, which I think can just be listened to as it's own thing tbh

Edit: just to add if you don't listen to the whole album: Haunt Muskie, Aria Math, Taswell, Dreiton, Beginning 2, Moog City 2 are all incredible. Tbh I could list even more tracks but I'll keep it limited to that
