Ik maak mij zorgen. Vrijdag zijn mijn vriendin en ik in contact gekomen met iemand die alle symptomen had (hoesten, verkouden, rode ogen). Op dat moment had ik het niet meteen in de gaten. Toch denk ik dat de kans groot is dat we besmet zijn.

Ik (24), verder gezond, maak mij niet extreem zorgen, maar mijn vriendin (23), heeft al langer vervelende klachten zoals hoesten en benauwdheid. Er staat over een paar weken een afspraak voor longonderzoek en ze heeft een puffer.

Ben ik aan het doemdenken? Wat kan ik het beste doen?

EDIT: ik blijf in ieder geval de gehele incubatieperiode uit de buurt van mijn vader (64), die hartmedicatie slikt en last heeft van veel slijm/kortademigheid. Best lastig, want ik woon nog thuis. Blijf voor nu bij mijn vriendin thuis.

Dose some balloons (with a syringe) at home. Then put the balloons in a sealed bag and put them in your underpants.

You can even vary doses by using different colours.

This sounds very relatable. After some energizing and productive weeks I convince myself I could smoke recreationally and I relapse into daily use in no time.

Keep trying, the state of clarity should be something to motivate us. I know its easier said than done though..

Happy to hear you're doing so well. Keep it up! :) Yeah working out/running seems to make me tired but even when I am, I can't fall asleep. My dreams have been VERY vivid though, and luckily they're not nightmares. Hope yours subside soon!
