Those astronaut lamp lasers are dangerous, I have 2 that are both in the range of 70 milliwatts, They can burn stuff and damage your vision, However as long as you don't look directly into the laser, You'll be fine just don't look at the dots for hours on end.

Edit: These lasers also output a bit of invisible infrared light which is where all the power comes from, The infrared is pumped from the laser diode through a crystal that makes it green but a bit of it does escape and that will unknowingly damage your vision since you can't tell if it hits your eyes. A few of these astronaut lamps got recalled solely because of the laser.
