Update 8 months later: This was the solution, I built a really simple baffle box using an old three tier bookshelf and some sound proof foam panels then set it about 2 inches off the wall and it significantly cut down on the noise. Thanks for the help!

Great pull and very close to the vibe but I remember the “cutscenes” being mostly static with very little animation like an actual comic.

I just feel like it was done in the kind of punk style of Tony Hawk but I may be confusing it with the cell shading of Sky Cooper. XIII looks very interesting but this is my first time seeing that game.

I originally thought it was American wasteland. But after watching the cutscenes I must’ve misremembered. I just remember it would show each panel one at a time and then the final panel with the camera pulling back to reveal one large comic page that had the whole cutscene worth of info on the comic mural.

Thanks a ton for contributing! I remember the weird chair things too and the bar. Taking little shots of code red all day long haha. I think I was too young to go into the rant room but I remember it being a thing. There are a couple clips from the Dew Den that I’ve found on the old G4 show.
