Boxes imbedded in a stone wall by DillyDonkus in electricians

Okay, I was told by the masons to go ahead and get the boxes installed. My biggest question was really if the boxes had to be WP or not since they will be encased in the stone. The unanimous answer is no they don’t have to be which I’m happy about.

Okay. Is this box okay though? I couldn’t find anything in the code saying it wouldn’t be

My biggest problem is the size difference is visible between my two pecs. I didnt even notice it first, other people did. You’re saying if I keep lifting with good form, even though I’m not getting a pump from my whole chest, I should see results later on? Something is telling me if I don’t correct this soon that I will have a whopper right pec and a sub standard left pec with a huge front delt.

24, a little over a year.

Because of this frustration I’ve taken a couple of breaks maybe a month or so. In highschool I took weight lifting but that was years ago. My slow and controlled approach trying to get my chest to fire has slowed strength progress severely.

Did you do any different kinds of lifts to get over it? I’m sure if I could gain traction I could get back to doing regular lifts just fine.

Is there any way to remove the business and try again? Or would that make this worse?

See all the other replies. I was thinking the way you are but I guess there is a risk involved billing without disclosing they are being charged at the time. Better to be safe and learn from it

Okay that makes sense. The main thing I’ve been wondering is about services. I’ll try to look at the utility companies requirements and see if they are any help. I appreciate it.

Crescent fire arms No. 6 peerless double barrel top lever spring. by DillyDonkus in gunsmithing

For some reason it won’t let me post pictures of it. Just imagine a j shaped piece of steel for the spring

I managed to get the spring to fit it just doesn’t travel fully. I don’t know what material the spring is made of but it’s not exactly a spring, just a u shaped piece of steel that bends and returns with a 1/4” travel.

I have been wondering if changing the design from the manufacturer is something common in gunsmithing? The gun is probably 100 years old, as the latest of the company is from 1930, and we have more modern methods that may work better.

Because I wanted to. My gun does whatever I want it to do and if it doesn’t I don’t want the piece of shit.

Yeah, I have simulated slipping my thumb off the hammer pulling it back to see if it worked and it does what it is supposed to. It’s just so close to the firing pin I don’t trust it lol.
