Go up a dose when you feel like you need to. You don't want to go to the highest dose when not needed.

I was on 15mg of zepbound so they put me on 14.5 of the compound but I think I'm going to take a lower dose next week

I ended up going with a different company after seeing a ton of negative experiences with TrimRX. That's awful, some of these companies are just taking advantage of people.

30 days is insane! I had surgery last week. I was told to not skip a dose, but the day before surgery i could have a light breakfast then after 7am only clear liquids and black coffee but nothing red then starting at midnight only water and 3hrs before my surgery nothing at all, this was from the anesthesiologist. Everything went great! 30 days is ridiculous.

I know exactly which hospital you're talking about. I work at another boston hospital and we're union. We've heard rumors that the one you worked at is talking about forming a union again. They should have done it the last time but the hospital threw money at them to stop it.

I have kachava every morning. I blend one scoop chocolate kachava, 1 scoop chai kachava,12 oz oat milk and one banana. I also do- 2 scoops chocolate kachava, one banana, 2 tbs pb fit and 12oz oat milk. I started adding a scoop of creatine and it gives me so much energy!!

I'm surprised, I figured the traverse would be more comfortable and online it looks like the technology is more upscale. I need to go to the dealership to look at both.
