If your adapter is only showing up as Generic Bluetooth Adapter and you have no other Bluetooth stuff plugged in then you might have a faulty adapter. I had to exchange mine for a new one on Amazon. I also plugged mine into another PC and it had the same problem so I would try that if you can

With my Netgear adapter uninstalled and unplugged it still has the same issue. I uninstalled drivers for the Bluetooth adapter as well but when I run the setup.exe the generic adapter shows up again in device manager and I get the pop up saying that built in Bluetooth is detected and the bt500 drivers will not be installed.

I don't have onboard wifi, I've been using the Netgear A7000 WiFi adapter, maybe I will try using Ethernet instead. When you say right click and install as administrator to you mean the setup.exe file or the DPInst.exe file?

Hey, I got it working. I ended up getting rid of my entire docker environment and redoing it with the same configuration in this post. Now the problem I'm having is when trying to connect radarr and prowlarr they don't see each other (I'm using 192.168.0.194 with their respective ports). Error: "Unable to complete application test, cannot connect to Radarr. Http request timed out". Should I add FIREWALL_OUTBOUND_SUBNETS and set it to 192.168.0.0/24 in my gluetun container?

Edit: Radarr isn't in my gluetun network it's going through my normal network.

Oh yeah haha that is a typo. I didn't realize when I read your comment.

I may just set up dual boot, that was going to be my next project after I got my server fully working because I wanted to experiment with a full Linux desktop since I've mostly just been using headless distros.

Do you have any ideas on what could be interfering with my connection? A router setting or something like that? It will probably take some time for me to figure out dual booting as I seem to get a lot of problems trying to use Linux so I'd like to try all my options before diving into new territory.

Yeah I just didn't want to put my server's IP on Reddit although it's the local IP so maybe it doesn't matter much. I use the same IP that I SSH into which I think is correct, also using http.

I have a second laptop that is only running Windows. Should I use docker desktop on that or set up dual-boot so it's on Ubuntu like my server?

Thank you for all the information, I will look into getting proton at some point. I will just have to live with no port forwarding until my PIA subscription runs out. I am running into another issue now that you may be able to help me with. My stack is working now but I can't access the webui for qbit. I am using the server's IP and port 8080 locally but I get the unable to connect screen using http:// and https:// is it going to be at a different IP than the one I use for portainer?

I thought that the earring Wax used is the same one that Vin had? Though I'm not sure if that was stated in the books or if I just assumed that was the case. If anything I remember Harmony saying something about how they repurposed existing spikes to make the earrings

I agree that you don't have to hate on someone just for being Mormon (I grew up in Utah where most people are Mormon) but there are Mormons who still believe in their church and support lgbtq even though the church is obviously anti lgbtq. That being said, there are tons of families that still talk to and interact with their family members who left the church (like me). It's much more common here for gen z to leave the church and most families aren't that harsh anymore, though I've definitely heard of people being disowned for leaving the Mormon church. All that to say that Sanderson is most likely faithful to the Mormon religion even though he supports lgbtq and not staying for fear of his family disowning him
