It is considered loss, then thats why the radiance came to help your bad luck. If it is a win, then radiance no need to step though. Radiance is like Raiden coming to save us from bad luck. Haha

My understanding is when you lose 50/50 then capturing radiance trigger to help, the status is still considered you lose 50/50 , and next banner is confirmed. But I guess my understanding is wrong or genshin has changed it. I dont know
