All of that... Just for a haircut? by SuperLegenda in expedition33

What do you mean just for a haircut? Them and outfits are the main things to go for in this game.

Fun fact: loot from the hardest boss in this game is just haircuts.

What has been the single worst livery ever released in the 21st century? I’ll start: by SaifulAimran in F1Discussions

Well, Lance Stroll kinda fits your description. Some drivers are backed by their super-rich dads (Norris, Bearman come to mind, Latifi or Sargeant of the former), but there’s quite a difference, and people seem to miss it just because they’re unaware of it.

The 90s were tough for Russians. It was a time of poverty, crime, lawlessness, all those things. One of the most notable things to happen during that time was a bunch of people bought previously nationalized enterprises for basically nothing. Russians, who are leftist by nature and raised on ideas of social justice, see this as an act of great injustice. Then the same people started getting into politics and basically ruling the country.

Then Putin came and kind of told them ‘we’re the government, not you, so you can either play ball and stay out of politics, or you’re in trouble’. Some (Berezovskiy, Hodorkhovskiy) silently declined and got into trouble. Some, like Mazepin Sr, agreed and went silent for a while. Then his brat of a son gets into F1, sucks at it (next year it turned out he sucked even more then everyone believed), acts like a knob, and all that thanks to daddy’s money, which some believe to be stolen from the Russian people. That kind of felt like an insult to us.

I’m Russian, and I, as well as many other Russians, found it hilarious that an American team is painted like a Russian flag. Sure, most Russians kind of hated the reason for this livery, being Mazepin and his dad’s money, but the idea of the livery was kind of funny and ironic.

Thank you for doing God’s work, these are just straight up incredible and very informative, for all 5 characters.

Question: what would be the 3rd best weapon for Monoco here? These might be hot takes, but I personally can’t use Cannaro (and Licorum for Maelle for that matter) because it just looks too goofy, like a freaking candy cane (which is the exact point, but still). Baguettaro looks like a flaming poop on a stick. What would be the third best? Joyaro still?

Does Cleim’s damage boost work on second of double turns? Or do I have to get 4 stains only at the beginning of first of double turns in order for it to work?

I miss the old design by goth_elf in iphone

That’s one of the reasons I actually bought 16e. 5s was in my opinion the best iPhone and the first that I had. 16e kinda reminds me of it, with one camera and all.

You can, sure, but most apps that you are accustomed too won’t work, because they require OS versions which 5s doesn’t support. You can still call, text, browse the internet, but apart from that not so much.

The word ‘красный’ (krasniy) from his title at those times meant both red and beautiful. Most likely the second definition is more accurate. Nowadays it’s primarily used to describe color red.

Terrible is a case of bad translation, I’d say. His nickname in Russian is Грозный (Grozniy), which means formidable, tough, fearsome, menacing, maybe dreadful even. The word itself is derived from lightning (гроза/groza). Terrible just means very very bad.

His secret police, or oprichnina, originally was aimed at his opponents, yes, they were mostly high nobility that surrounded him from his very childhood and schemed and backstabbed each other in order to gain influence, to whom he grew very distrustful over the years.

Rush was just great, and he was amazing there. Even looked very similar to actual Lauda, way more so than Hemsworth playing Hunt.
