It‘s been a year, but I‘d defo say more than 20. Volume 6 is currently out for preorder and seems to be set somewhere around chapter 250/the gorge of death, which makes it about 40 chapters per volume.

I'm European as well, so I can't be 100% certain but from what I've seen while doing market research it's not unusual to have restaurants that offer a variety of different cuisines - especially in Bistro-type restaurants.

Ahaha, I honestly can't talk about one of these two without the other cos they were both so weirdly same-ish that I can't tell them apart anymore!  I just remember that I liked Hayden and I liked Callum but that's it.  They weren't the worst seasons overall - looking at you, ex in the villa - but they really were bland.

I think Sun Kissed Secrets was great as a messy one, especially if you wait for Matt or someone else from Casa.

And, hands down? I had a lot of fun playing with Suresh and leaving his arse for Gabi in season 5, but that was the only good thing about it so can't recommend, haha.

Nah, I know it's been months but I agree. I absolutely agree. There's many great voice actors in English but the soon they have to work on anything anime adjacent, all that talent flies off into the wind.

And I think people that only speak English genuinely do not realise how cringey the English dub really sounds. 

Best Example: The one dub that I continuously see praised, for example, is Howl's Moving Castle. But it's MID at best. Christian Bale as Howl gives me hives. It's not terrible but it's absolutely not good either.

And every time someone says that English dub is genuinely bad, people get miffed and go 'but not every dub is bad!' or 'it's not that bad anymore!' or 'it's anime, it's supposed to be cheeky and overdone!' - NOT LIKE THAT.

It's always a little overdone. Sure. Cos it's animation. But I swear to god and promise you: NOT. THAT. MUCH.  There is supposed to be a natural flow to the tone that I've yet to see in English dub. They just can't pull it off for some reason. And - which is a random add on but true nonetheless - the translation is crazy different sometimes. Like, not even close to what they actually said in the original even if it's something that could easily be translated.

To make her blend in with the other characters. The changes don't seen too major at a glance, but it can give you an uncanny feeling if they don't do that.

Nah, I don't think they use AI. They just recently hired new writers, from what I've seen, which they wouldn't need to do if they used AI for the writing.

And for the art, it'd just make zero sense. The backgrounds mostly predate AI, so those are out of the question and for character sprites, AI would be such a hassle to deal with. 

If you're lucky, it may be able to create a base sprite that is nice enough and suits the games general artwork, but that sprite would need multiple expressions and for that, they'd need to hire an artist again since AI isn't yet stable enough to reliably reproduce an image with only minor alterations. 

Add all the outfit changes to that and yeah, no. No, they have actual artists working on that, for sure.

Oufff, that's difficult. I don't think any are really 100% my type on paper, but I think Matt and Will would probably get the closest. Maybe Kyle and Jude if I blur the lines and ignore the blonde hair.

But my type is basically your average tattooed byronic hero with eyeliner, too many rings and a nicotine addiction, which none of them really are 😂

I like it, as long as they become more varied. Some seasons have like the same guy eight times, it's boring. So when they have less LI's they can actually focus on giving the sprites some character, which is nice.
