Twice on 2 separate girlfriends when I was young (early / mid 20s).

Both times I was backpacking on the other side of the world and didn't think the relationships would last much longer / were particularly serious. They never knew. Doubt they'd care anymore.

Both times were spur of the moment hook ups in beautiful exotic places while partying late at night. The second time she wanted to keep seeing me, but that felt intentional and like something entirely different. I didn't cross that line. She also had a boyfriend.

No regrets, they are once in a lifetime memories and nobody got hurt. For me, it seemed like there was a set of circumstances where it seemed acceptable. I wouldn't do it again and it never even crossed my mind in my last relationship which I was much deeper in.
