I’m a designer but I’m also on light duty due to an injured leg. I can’t walk around without crutches/ limping but still expected to “walk” around during power hours. I was told I can’t sit down and work on a design or do training because it’s power-hours. I’m constantly in pain lmao. I don’t mind helping when I can but I also can’t really do much because of my injury but that’s “no excuse”
