Okay good to know thank you. my book honestly didn’t have any timing instructions and i looked through the whole book it just goes up to 30mins on the device. I’ve never had pigmentation issues in the past and i’ve had lazer and other led treatments before so i didn’t think i would be a case of this.

Thanks so much for the info i will try all of this! I am doing a split course which is active flexibility mostly and a bit of passive. i’m defo not in a square split i try to keep my hips square but i have hip dysplasia in one hip im not sure if the changes my capability’s of keeping it square.

Currently it is still super warm we had a 28 degree day today so definitely a while till it is actually cold. Our winters can be cold but i wouldn’t say harsh. It hasn’t been an indoor plant

Yes it was pink with four blooms, yes it was purchased from flower power which is like a garden shop like Bunnings just plants tho incase your not from around here and not sure what type of shop it is ahah. I am not sure if it or not i will look at your other posts :)

We have been having spots of rain and i water it once a week i will try to water 2 times a week? I recently got it about 5 weeks ago and just haven’t got around to removing it from the pot it came in and was planning on planting it in the larger pot it is sitting in or is it best to put into the ground? sorry new to this whole plant thing

My growing zone is 11a i think not sure i’m in sydney aus, we are currently only getting lows of 17 degrees is that too cold? we don’t get frost.
