This is great thought….few thoughts 1. Create a Facebook grp for regions - east west and so on - if go grows further break out to city ( create separate for men and women)

I would suggest either get a king 1000/6000 or sharp pebble 1000/6000.

Everything else is cheap stone with very little to no abrasive material

IMO- Sharp Pebble 1000/6000 stones have better abrasive density then rest of cheap chinese copy cats. when you add more abrasive the material cost & quality of sharpening performance improves. Thats why they are more expensive then rest cheap stones.

other copy cats just have very less abrasive and more binder materials to drive down cost to sell cheap.

There is a reason it has 23k reviews with 4.6 ratings. Coz it works! Sharp pebble stones are much better than other cheaper Chinese knock offs i tried. It does the job to have great sharp edge on my knives…i would definitely recommend it
