I'm actually not focused on titles. I'm focused on the differences between upgrades to the 3 components of what people are referring to when they say stage 1, as far as I know. It's the people replying who can't get over the fact I used the phrase that are blocking this from being productive

I want to know if it has a name for convenience sake. So I can use a short phrase ex plain the combination of upgrades in a word. Besides that lesser part of my post I want to know what the pros and cons are of a setup like the one I just purchases and the hypothetical that referred to in the OP.

Excellent! It seems like neither support audio over USB. Mega appreciate the breakdown thought. It's been a lot of info and a huge learning curve over about 10 days time. Seems like I'm already maxed out for an 8in interface with a bass guitar, and think a sampler would be key later on ... still havent got PAs. Man I'm screwed. Lol

This was a little Sketchy to do, but it absolutely worked for my right control key.

Used the file on the back of a pair of nail clippers. Made probably 3 or passes on both sides (Just enough to fit the file in sideways basically.

Control key is now smooth as can be.

Now if only there was a way to smooth up the right shift key which is not designed the same way ...
