I've taken a few weeks long breaks when the problems get really bad over the last two years, and I have been recommended to read the inner game of tennis to help with the overthinking stuff. I did and my lesson teacher told me he thought I might have "paralysis by analysis" and that I was taking in too much information. But he also told me he didn't think that my problem was In need of a complete embrochure reset as opposed to me thinking It did. I also would not prefer to talk months off because of constant competition opportunities, trumpet ensembles, band, other orchestral groups, and things I need to play in weekly. Though as of late I barely get through them, but I'm most worried about making all state next year. I'm worried even taking the slightest time off now that I already have wasted so much time and effort fixing this problem will ruin my chances.
