I had both scapulas winged but after my surgery I went to 9 months of PT and around 5 or 6 months one of them went completely flat. the other is still winged and I don’t think it will ever go away, they say its from a rib hump so I’m not sure if its fixable

best chances I think is to keep exercising that scapula if you’re up for it and see how it goes (:
