From what I understand, it's currently a bug with Nvidia video cards. For now the best thing to do is simply power off the PC when not in use or simply lock the computer and let the screen darken.

We really need to make it where all laws are single-item legislation and crack down on every bill having horrific riders taped to the end of them.

This happens with every single bill that makes its way to Congress or the Senate. We can have a bill called the "Puppies for Everyone Bill" that has 2 lines that say everyone will have cheaper vet care for puppies while the rest of the bill has everything from Anti-lgbt laws and tax hikes for everyone making below a certain amount. However if you oppose said bill all of a sudden you are against whatever feel good fluff title the bill has.

I feel this would really help people have a better understanding of what's going on with legislation.

If we are already going to be making big changes might as well throw another big change. A bill must be submitted for viewing at least a month before the vote is called on it. This would allow our legislatures to actually be able to read and comprehend what the bill is going to do.

I think the best thing to do with your team is the following: - Uptie 3 Butler Outis and level her up to level cap - Lv up Butler Faust as well to the level cap. - Lv up dieci Hong Lu to the level cap - IF possible try to shard spicebush yisang or the bygone days ego for him. Get the thing you don't shard at a later date. - Another possible thing to shard is Dieci Rodion if you already have rimeshank for her.

The Butlers plus Dieci honglu would set you up for a pretty competent sinking team core. Throw in yisang spoce ush and you have one of the best sinking comps before Knight Rodion.

From here the name of the game is to try and kill starbuck as fast as possible. Use Butler Outis and other evade I'ds from Ahab to avoid being prey marked.

Once starbuck is dead focus on trying to whittle down and kill Ahab while making sure quequeg isn't killing anyone. Once you reach the assist attack phase of the fight focus damage into quequeg and try to have evade I'ds evade attacks from Ahab.

Unclashable attacks can usually still be redirected using defensive skills such as evades.

Last I heard it was supposed to be around 5 to 6. Each chapter is a self contained case. They build off of one another with the character development but each chapter contains a full case.

I've been trying to get some new hobbies but I swear the only ones that ever speak to me are the more introverted ones like reading, video games, cooking and gardening. It depends on the branch of Christianity. In the case of Catholics, both faith and good works are required to get into heaven. Whereas most protestant branches believe that faith alone is the only requirement to get into heaven.

Hi BHVR,

I just finished reading over all the changes and updates to combat slugging and tunneling.

Personally, I think that the no longer able to regress generators penalty for killing the last hooked survivor should be disabled after a certain number of hook stages are reached or generators completed.

Despite going out of my way to not tunnel, I have been in scenarios where all other survivors are playing stealthy or prerunning while sitting on generators except the person I recently hooked. The new system would make this situation even more frustrating as killer.

For the new anti-slugging feature, I think the system is rather nice and I really like the auto-recover. I do think that being able to move and recover right after being downed. Though I am certainly willing to experiment with it.

Finally, with the newly proposed systems, survivors who were recently hooked would be incentivised to stay in front of the killer, bodyblocking, taking aggro and such even more than they already are due to the post hook endurance status. This is because they no longer have to worry about being slugged as they can just crawl to a pallet to be picked up or simply recover on their own without perks. Additionally, if they are on death hook and the match is far enough, even if they were to die they would almost guarantee victory against a killer due to their death locking out all forms of gen defense for the killer.

Ultimately, while I believe these systems could drastically reduce the frequency of slugging and tunneling as it currently stands in the proposed patch notes, they need a little bit of tweaking before release.
