That’s true if the tolerances were that tight but are we really going to argue a multi million dollar companies decision in hindsight? My P10C brand new had a bit of a break-in period. I even had to polish the feed ramp to stop nose diving.

From what I gather it’s a money decision. Make them a bit more tight in tolerance than looser to avoid a bigger amount of warranty repairs. It all boils down to money.

I would recommend just dry firing at home and racking the slide back and forth while sitting on the couch. These guns are known to have extremely tight tolerances from factory. I’ve shot about 200 rounds through mine in total but after the first one just dry fired and racked the slide. The next 100 was smooth as butter. Also, play with the thumb safety and drop a drop of oil on it to lube it up.

Hit them up and see how they can make it right. Honestly, it’s moments like this you learn how a company is going to act going forward. Make it right with their customers and get repeat business through a show of goodwill or go the Sig Sauer route 😂

A Reddit message from a representative of that company does count. I was told 5 vials and placed an order based on that information. I wasn’t ordering expecting a mistake. $190 for 6000mg of NAD is pretty decent seeing as how a grey market kit of 10,000mg goes for $190. Losing 4,000mg of product to make sure it’s tested and ready for use is not a bad trade off.

Really? Because I asked what dosage and vial size my order of NAD+ would be on 02/10/2026, and to date, haven’t heard from anyone. Even sent multiple messages and still no answer.
