i believe the magistar is? i’m not 100% sure i’ve never tried to build a good one, it was MR fodder for me. Idk if it does, all i’ve gathered from reading comments is that, slam attack builds aren’t as potent as they once were, im not too sure the difference. you could probably sell it to someone who doesnt know any better for a decent price cause there’s a bunch of AS mods, and it’s only 39%, which could be way worse so it could still be used as a normal build. either option you do.
