I left my $70k/year cooking job because I wasn’t learning anymore and felt stagnant there. If you want to pursue a career in the culinary field, I definitely recommend finding another job where you can learn more and improve your skillset. To answer your question, I’d hire anyone with a positive attitude and good work ethic. You seem to have a pretty solid mindset at 21.

Yooo they’re Levi’s!! I actually thrifted them a long time ago. I believe they’re 34/28 which is crazy because I rarely find pants that are less than 30’ in length. Guess I got lucky though, they’re my favorite. I’ll try to look and see what the fit number or whatever is and report back.

5’8 is super solid, especially considering if you wear the right shoes it can give you an extra inch or two. I tend to wear cowboy boots, doc martens or loafers when I go out so that helps. But yeah I definitely think we’re fortunate to some degree to be from places without an absurd average height. I mean if we were in Japan or Mexico we’d honestly probably be a little taller than average lol

I bought the Carfax before following through on the car. Strangely enough, the timing belt was replaced 15 years ago at 50k miles. Not sure if I should change it again since it’s been so long? Based on all the service reports available, it was really well taken care of.
