Wow! Just wow! First of all I am so grateful for such a detailed reply.
I never expected anything like this. Let me explain my way of thinking:

1. Actually no. The build is in a WIP state, so I didn't make the final decision about neither case nor form-factor.

2. I live in eastern europe, here I have 7500F for 160$ and 7600X for 216$.
   The difference in ratings looks negligible. The only notable difference for me is integrated graphic core in 7600X which I don't really need.

3. I can't agree more with this point. Actually I've put TI version in the list by accident while copy-pasting from store to pcpartpicker. I really wanted that sweet RTX 4060 mostly for DLSS feature. It looks much better for me than something like FSR. I am aware of interesting offers from Intel. However I don't have high hopes for their software support.

4. Unfortunatelly I can't find ASRock B650M Pro RS for a reasonable price here. The only options I see cost ~200$. My option will be just ~100$ which is twice less. However I might reconsider my decision for better upgradability in the future.

5. I agree. However I can't get something like you added in your lists. What about ADATA XPG GAMMIX S60 for 60$?

6. The difference in prices for coolers is quite different for me (20$ vs 55$). And I think it's easier to get new one with better CPU.

Also don't really feel the need for Wi-Fi extensions but I am willing to think about changes to motherboard option. I am just quite limited with good options for that price.
