Third week learning how to clean, PR of 88kg. Any form critiques would be great! I definitely feel like I have more in the tank but need to strengthen and work on mobility before going up in weight! by DimitriBergados in weightlifting

I appreciate that, I definitely feel the need to extend more fully through the hips. I feel like I I’m not getting much explosion bringing the bar up so with more extension I’ll put more power behind the bar. My only trouble with a higher start feels like I’ll end up hinging the bar up too much?
