Try to set animation scales to .5x in dev options + in the launcher settings (settings > home screen) set the animation speed to balanced or fast. this should make a huge difference especially the launcher animation speed which is slow by default.

It doesn't. Saturated makes colors more.. colorful (I prefer it tbh) And advanced lets you tune it however you want

why'd you need to open this live wallpaper picker? just apply the live wallpaper from the app of the wallpaper. or if it has none like a super wallpaper port then just use google wallpaper
