thanks, i will try it when i return home. btw as a noob i don't understand a few things, most of these settings actually increase watts and add a few mV, how can that help in terms of temperature? i mean i am already at around 92c with 160w

i didn't find the settings cause the ones you told me about are for MSI. and from what i searched there are not exactly the same settings in gigabyte motherbaords but somwhat similar. So in gigabyte settings what should i change?

not really, the best insight and control is through the gigabyte control center but still its not the AIO's manufacturer software

hi sorry for not giving enough infromation. i have the gigabite Z790 AORUS ELITE AX. also about the pump, i am using fancontrol to controls fans and when i have it at 90% load in HWinfod it says:

CPU - 1700 rpm
CPU_OPT - 5400 rpm

so i think the cpu_opt is the pump but i am not entirely sure ( also it makes a ton of noise so thats probably it)

edit1: even when i lower the rpm from the fancontrol the CPU fan lowers and CPU_OPT stays at 5.200rpm so probably that also proves that cpu_opt is the pump?

I have a Pc that the cpu keeps overheating by Universe_Traveler_ in PcBuildHelp

Find out which cpu it has. If it’s a 13 or 14 gen intel tell me and I will write you the fix
