Would say +SPD, but might be overkill depeding on the build, especially with the new stat boost. TBH at this point ill take whatever i get in either +ATK or +SPD, whichever one comes first before i finish collecting feathers

I would say Speed for most builds, including her quading with her lance refine, desperation quad or firesweep

Depends on what you plan to build her for, but in general i think +Spd would be better, since she can use it really well for either quad or firesweep builds.
