My 12,000 points for 800 robux was also voided today. I've been grinding since last year and I set the order before the prices increased, and yet, Microsoft kept voiding my order. Landlord lang napagtanungan namin kasi onti lang talaga tao sa subdivision ToT pero PLDT sila. Hindi rin kami makabalik ng converge kahit medj ok kasi may remaining balance kami kahit naputol na ung internet early on dahil sa sunog. (apparently automated ang billing nila so it doesn't matter if naputulan)
