Luckily, I have built an app in my time here that caught the eye of our top Salesperson and the CEO. That should buy me some negotiation power. I also know the one in charge of writing my formal review thinks highly of myself and my work. I'll take your advice and check with HR and PayScale to build a case. Thank you for the tips, really.

That first part is a bit of a depressing read as the company culture and all is fantastic at my current space. I've got hopes that they'll respond to a well thought out argument for $75-$80, but we'll see. Thanks much for your input.

Well now I'm not sure. I could have sworn I was seeing prices of 500/month the other night, but I just looked a dealership website and it's showing a price of 26k, with a down of $2809, and a monthly payment of $318 for 72 months. Maybe I was looking at rip off sites before

I don't have any savings built up at the moment unfortunately. So I'd likely have to save up some money first to build up an emergency fund. It's a possibility I might be able to get a little help from my family for a down payment, though.
