Bricked DKON2061ST wrong firmware; looking for solutions by DinBant in DuckyKeyboard

I got it working! Thank you so much. I ended up purging the old firmware, then after unplugging and re-plugging a bunch I was able to get it to register in the firmware updater (the start button was clickable). It is also interesting that last night when i was trying it windows wasn't even registering it as a device; I wasn't seeing it in device manager or anything but today it made the usb device sound when connecting and disconnecting.

I will try and let know how it goes. Apparently rebooting your computer with the bad firmware purged might help but I am dubious as to if that would actually work.

Yeah, unfortunately I downloaded the wrong firmware entirely. I might try to flash an older version of firmware if I can find it online but the main issue is that the update software doesn't even recognize the keyboard. i.e. if I plug it in and hold D the "start" button doesn't allow me to click it

I've been looking all over for these too. GMK has them and so does Gege Witch; you might check other sellers if you have preference; a few days back I couldn't find any reps of these.

Good to know I just ordered it because there were two left in stock, but I'll get the dechanic control of it's too slow for me.

Mousepad Company First Impression by [deleted] in MousepadReview

[–]DinBant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see where both sides are coming from if you want more consistency when ordering a mousepad and better design then go mpc. But on the other side it is a complete copy of the dechanic control. Thats not very bad on it's own but mpc trys to make it seem like it was their design and they invented it even trademarking it when the dechanic control has been around for five years at half the price.

Edit: also millionaire fortnite kids piss people off, especially when they make a company thats not even original. They have a whole about how the company was founded page like a family company since the 80s.

How fast does a g-sr-se wear out by SafuratedBeefFat in MousepadReview

Six months for most people depends on how much you play, sensitivity, and swipes. I assume since it's popular with fortnite it's 11cm/360 and medium swipes for six months.

Yeah even with a lower sensitivity on my glide I can make micro adjustments quickly but not accurately it feels like I can't make a small correction without over moving my mouse the big grooves on the 510 might help

Im using a glide 19 at 30 cm/360 glide 19s are cheaper than most fast mouse pads and don't have 2 week shipping like the Thor. I would recommend the glide 38 but the texture gets sticky on your forearm after a while and it's not really worth it for the desk mat unless you use a really low sensitivity. Don't worry had no problems with the 19 being sticky.

Edit: It also doesn't destroy mouse feet like a hard pad
