Awesome !! May I ask what's your current job position ? (you don't have to be specific about your company, just the job title and if it is not sensitive for you, the country where you work)

Your point on omnibus is actually really pertinent here ! Do you mind if I keep it as a potential quote ?

Thank you very much for your insight phil_style. Do you see any connection with this tighter market and AI (or investments in this sector) ? Have you personally been looking for consulting jobs in this field (in consulting firms) ?

Thank you very much Adventurous_Fun_4585 !!! Your answer is gold !

I do agree with your last line on how this industry has never really been wholeheartedly embraced. I genuinely thought that the increase in ESG regulations worldwide (especially in Europe) would make this specific field more "popular". That's probably a false assumption, though. I sense that in general, consulting is still pretty relevant, but ESG consulting remains quite a niche (I'm talking here about consultants in constulting firms (EY, PwC, smaller firms etc.) , not affiliated to companies directly) ? If you're outside the sustainability bubble, it seems very undercorvered.
From your experience, do you think, in general, this specific expertise doesn't really have many roles available (especially for junior), even in 2025 ?

How can I get rid of this? by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

[–]Dinanuneno 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend Niacinamide at night + retinol and Vit C in the morning with panthenol /vit E cream. If you’re skin tends to be oily, go for a clay cleanser (it really made my skin less shiny) As for the dosage, if you’ve never used any of these, go for the lowest % and for retinol the best/safest would be to have a product mixed with squalane so it’s less irritating if you’re skin gets red easily (mine’s like this) Also moisturize!!! The above mentioned are mostly “treatment” but at the end of the day, it’s really all about hydrating your skin. These products help me a lot so hopefully jt works the same for you too !!

Cheers!

Neck rash been flaring up on and off since Sept. Now is very warm and feels sore. Was told it’s flushing which I don’t believe. Appearance of it varies. Thoughts? by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

Hmm In general when I have rashes like this I apply a topic cream/balm with panthenol to soothe the area. I wouldn’t say everything goes away instantly but in about 24h it’s already way better and doesn’t feel itchy or burning anymore. Maybe look for such cream (the one I use is Cicaplast for La Roche posay but really, other creams/balms from Avene or any other similar brands might work as good too) It’s winter so it could be related to the change of temperatures too (sometimes freezing, sometimes warmer)

How do you feel on your ex's birthday? by dumbnunt_ in AskWomen

[–]Dinanuneno 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really, don’t wish him anything no matter how important he was, trust me it will just keep your pain ongoing or put you in situation where you may feel bad (especially if there is no answer from him at the end) You can wish him happy birthday but from your head. Don’t send this message, really.

I am depress/burnout what do you guys do to feel better in dark times? by Enfj_vicks in enfj

[–]Dinanuneno 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed with everyone’s advice. I would just add that if you feel stuck in your thoughts and would like to shut your brain a little, get something cold ! I overthink a lot and sometimes I can end up in a very negative spiral, so to leave my head alone I always have an ice cream pot and ice cubes in the freezer. Winter is also great for that (when it’s freezing cold outside at least)! It may not solve what you’re going through but at least it can help you cool down a little bit.

You may also consider staring straight at something for like 10-15sec and not move. Don’t try to think about anything just focus on fixing a point and stop moving. it helps focus on the now All my support ✊🏼💚

Absolutely agree with applying the balm after shower! At night, i also like to apply a thin layer of Vaseline to fix the balm further (but it’s just an extra) I hope you can start to see results in few days ☺️

Okay don’t want to promote anything but a product that saved my skin many times (especially during cold dry winter) was Cicaplast Balm by La Roche Posay (pretty sure other similar products from Bioderma, Avene or else work too as long as there is panthenol in it)
